Limited Warranty
First 30 Days:
- Each system comes with 30 days of our VIP Service free of charge
- If your Reyniers Audio computer does not perform to the standards set forth on the Reyniers Audio website our DAW support team will do anything in our power to get the system to perform as expected. If through these efforts we are unable to fully satisfy those expectations a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee and shipping charges will be issued upon request.
System Repair after 30 Days:
- If the system needs to come back for repair you will be responsible for shipping charges to Reyniers Audio. Return shipping will be paid by Reyniers Audio using UPS Ground (3-5 business days).
- The cost of labor and replacement parts is covered for the duration of the limited warranty
- With limited warranty, repairs will usually take 5-10 business days
What qualifies for system repair:
- Failed motherboard
- Failed CPU
- Failed power supply
- Anything that requires the computer to be disassembled and reassembled
Component Replacement after 30 Days:
- If a component needs to be replaced, you will pay to ship us the defective component. We will replace the component and pay to ship it back to you (about 10 business days).
- Reyniers Audio will cover the cost of component replacement for the duration of your limited warranty. After your limited warranty has expired you will have to contact the manufacturer of the component (most components have a 3-year manufacturer warranty).
What qualifies for component replacement/repair
- Failed memory
- Failed hard drive
- Failed CD-RW drive
- Any simple part swap that can be easily performed by customer
VIP Service
Express Pickup
- If the system needs to come back to Reyniers Audio for repairs we will pay for UPS 2nd Day Air shipping in both directions for the duration of the warranty period.
- Reyniers Audio does not cover the cost of packaging material (We are not responsible for any damages which occur during shipping and we recommend that you keep your original packaging materials in case you have to ship the computer back to us.)
- UPS will pick the computer up from your location with a prepaid shipping label. The scheduling of this pickup will vary depending on your location and UPS availability.
- We will do the repairs at no cost to you for the duration of the warranty period.
- With our Express Pickup option your system will be on an expedited repair schedule. Usually computers with Express Pickup will ship out within three days of arrival at our facility.

- Failed motherboard
- Failed CPU
- Failed power supply
- Anything that requires the computer be disassembled and reassembled
Advanced Replacement
- If a component in your system has failed we will send an advanced replacement of that component using UPS 2nd Day Air. You are required to send the defective component back to us within 2 weeks of the replacement’s arrival. If we do not receive the defective component you will be billed for the cost of the component.
What qualifies for Advanced Replacement
- Failed memory
- Failed hard drive
- Failed CD-RW drive
- Any simple part swap that can be easily performed by customer

- Each Reyniers Audio workstation comes with industry leading technical support for the duration of the warranty purchased with a system.

- If we are unable to resolve the issue via e-mail or over the phone, we offer Remote Desktop Support allowing our support team direct access to your computer and enabling us come up with a solution quick and effort free. We'll have you back to your session in no time.
Legal Terms
Reyniers Audio products are covered by a limited warranty for a one year period (unless extended warranty is purchased with the computer). The hardware sub-components of the products may have additional warranties available through the manufacturer. Details of such coverage are available through the manufacturer. Third party products such as audio hardware and software are not covered under this warranty.
Reyniers Audio warrants to the original purchaser that any hardware system will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the warranty period. Any hardware system, when delivered, will perform to the standards specified by Reyniers Audio. Reyniers Audio will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, the defective hardware system or sub-level component. Reyniers Audio shall not be held responsible or liable for improper packing of items shipped to us from the customer. Customer agrees that the sole responsibility of Reyniers Audio is that it will provide services to correct errors which significantly affect performance or reliability.
This warranty requires that the customer notify Reyniers Audio in writing (via email) of any defects which occur within one year (or the length of the extended warranty) from date of shipment. Any corrections, alterations to or new versions of the hardware that Reyniers Audio may deliver to the customer under this warranty shall be limited to one copy of such hardware and documentation delivered to the customer. The warranty shall not cover any damage caused during shipment and any damage caused by: impacts, fluids, fire, flood, wind, earthquake, lightning or similar disaster; unauthorized modifications, attachments or peripherals, improper use, environment, installation or electrical supply; improper maintenance; any other misuse, abuse, or mishandling.
Reyniers Audio makes no other warranties other than the warranties set forth herein. Reyniers Audio's sole liability, under this warranty, for failure to repair or replace the hardware system after a reasonable number of attempts is limited to replacement or, at Reyniers Audio' sole discretion, refund of the original purchase price.
