With state of the art remote desktop utilities, Reyniers Audio technicians are able to solve customer problems quickly and painlessly (internet connection required). Once you have authorized Reyniers Audio to "take over" your desktop (by downloading the support utility) we will be able to quickly diagnose and resolve driver issues, latency causes, defective hardware etc...

reynierssupport.exe (Dual Screen)

1. Save the file to your desktop
2. Double click the icon for "reynierssuport.exe"
3. At the security warning click "Run"
4. Press "OK" to connect and our technician will then be able to see and operate your desktop
